GoodMood PBC appreciates its gamers, and so we strive to make our games as fun as possible, and so we will never compromise the quality of our games for any other consideration.
GoodMood PBC wants you to be in control of your experience whenever playing any of the GoodMood PBC games. That means that prior to you or your child downloading any of our games, you will be given advanced information about the game and its contents.
Also, if you or your child encounters any problems with any of our games, then you and/or your child should be able to lookup how to resolve the problem. Which means assisting you in contacting the right company for whatever issues you are encountering, such as payments (which will most likely be thru Google and/or Apple, which normally process all of our purchases and refunds), or a problem with the game (which will most likely be resolved by us).
Below we have included some of the issues that you could most likely encounter and/or questions that you most likely have. In your communication, please be sure to include any and all relevant facts as they will be useful, for example: what happened and when, transaction ID/receipts, and any other information you deem relevant, etc…

Also, there is additional help inside our games, which can be accessed by going to Settings > Help. There you will find things like - FAQs, forums, and/or report a problem.
